Hot Chocolate Mix
 
 
1 (12 quart) box powdered milk (carnation is best)
1 (6 ounce) jar cremora
1 (16 ounce) box instant chocolate mix (i.e. Hershey's etc.)
1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
 
Mix together thoroughly and store in air tight container.
 
Fill serving cup 1/3 full of mix; add boiling water till full.  Stir.
