Meatballs
 
 
1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
3 slices dried bread (crumbled) OR I cup bread crumbs
1 egg (lightly beaten)  
1/4-teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning  
1-teaspoon olive oil
 
Mix all ingredients, except the olive oil, in a large bowl, and form into balls 2 inches in diameter.  Brown the meatballs &, add to your sauce; simmer for 1/2 hour, or until done.
