Brown 1 pound ground beef and drain.  Add 3 tablespoons chili powder and dash of garlic.  Set aside
Blend 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup, 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon cumin, and 1 teaspoon oregano.  Put in sauce pan and simmer 30 minutes.  Stir often.
Pour 1/2 mixture into meat and save the other 1/2 for topping.  Place spoonful of meat mixture, lettuce, tomato onion and cheese into burrito size softened flower tortillas.  Roll up tortillas.  
Snugly place tortillas in 9x13 pyrex dish and pour remaining sauce over top.  Garnish with Cheddar cheese.  
Bake at 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
Can be served with taco sauce.
