Brown 1 pound ground beef and drain. Add 3 tablespoons chili powder and dash of garlic. Set aside |
Blend 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup, 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon cumin, and 1 teaspoon oregano. Put in sauce pan and simmer 30 minutes. Stir often. |
Pour 1/2 mixture into meat and save the other 1/2 for topping. Place spoonful of meat mixture, lettuce, tomato onion and cheese into burrito size softened flower tortillas. Roll up tortillas. |
Snugly place tortillas in 9x13 pyrex dish and pour remaining sauce over top. Garnish with Cheddar cheese. |
Bake at 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until cheese melts. |
Can be served with taco sauce. |
